Derek Nordin has been serving as Senior Vocational Consultant of the Vocational Consulting Group since 1983, and as President since 1991.
Mr. Nordin has earned a reputation as one of the leading experts in his field. He also co-developed the Computer Assisted Vocational Exploration System (CAVES™). This program, uniquely developed for VCG, can determine the occupations potentially available to a client before and after their injury.
Mr. Nordin received his Master of Education Degree in Counselling Psychology; Professional Teaching Certificate; and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Expert Witness
Mr. Nordin has been qualified as an Expert Witness in Vocational

and New Brunswick.
